Harbourside, est. 1891

A quiet stretch of coast, kept exactly as it should be.

Fourteen hotel rooms and six serviced residences inside a restored merchant's house above Selby harbour — for a weekend, a season, or longer.

The house

Built for a shipping family. Kept unhurried since.

Selby House was a private residence for three generations before it opened its doors in 1998. The original oak stair, sash windows and harbour-facing terraces remain — alongside six self-contained residences for guests who want a longer stay with the privacy of home and the service of a hotel.
